Cross to Campione d'Italia: The curious Italian exclave of Campione d'Italia sits on the shore of Lake Lugano, completely surrounded by Swiss territory. It uses Swiss francs and Swiss postal codes despite being Italian. Reachable by boat or bus from Lugano. Visit the architecturally striking casino designed by Mario Botta.
